As a licensed Realtor® with a paralegal background, she holds her GRI, and CPRES (probate) designation and has over 12 years experience helping buyers and sellers navigate paperwork and processes involved in the purchase or sale of a home. She primarily works in Wilson, Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Smith and Williamson counties.
Before Real Estate, Cerae worked in banking where she served as an Executive Liaison / Paralegal for Ameristar Investments and Trusts, First American National Bank and their AmSouth acquisition. Reporting to senior staff. She worked with investment clients on requirements of their set estate plans. As a Litigation Paralegal, she worked with case file management, bank fraud and delinquent property taxes, mergers and acquisitions and worked with a team to prepare board books for FANB annual board meetings. In her first job out of college, Cerae worked for Tennessee's County Technical Assistance Service to help County Executives, County Highway Officials, and County Commissioners hold their joint legislative conferences. Cerae holds a Paralegal Certificate from Southeastern Paralegal Institute and a BS Degree in Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University.
owns a small business called Battle Gear that makes products for breast cancer patients. She has worked in the past as a Wish Grantor for Make a Wish Foundation of Middle TN. Cerae loves traveling, boating, kayaking, and sewing.
